As Vintage had decided to abandon Aussie and l for the glories of Europe, we decided to do a walk in the city, this image was taken at about 0630, at first light, from the Goodwill bridge and was the start of our wander which lasted 5 hours. The next 4 days are a series of collages, because as per usual l took more images than l could ever use.

I loved this bridge from the river, Tony, and must say you and your cohorts come from a gorgeous city! I'll look forward to seeing your collages, because I'm sure I'll recognize several of the images.

zed: l love morning's Chris, l usually wake at 0430 most mornings
That's the way to do it. Tony.. best to have too many than not enough. I like viewpoint here with the city being framed by the bridge.

Abandon is a little strong lol good photo mate
zed: lets see, walk in the city with Aussie and l or tour Europe with your lovely lady, l would have abandoned us in a heartbeat smile
Very dramatic without the traffic! Cities without people are about as strange as it gets.
zed: But much more beautiful smile

zed: Thanks Ron, the architecture of the bridge adds a lot to the city scape, l was never quite sure if l was shooting the bridge or the city smile
A very interesting bridge Tony. You are early risers down there aren't you, 06.30, when is that then ?
zed: Been nursing to long with the 24 hour clock 6.30 am, its a late start for us in winter l got to sleep in before leaving this day. tongue

l tend to wake at 4am, sleep patterns destroyed by years of shiftwork
Wow, great view of Brisbane and you get a "travelling towards" feel looking at it from this perspective.

zed: You know what architects are like Bill, they have to create there own bit of immortality, l must admit from on the bridge l like what they have done, from below not so much
